Our services such as numerous site visits, CAD drawings, coordinating with your production schedule and assigning a seasoned event professional to manage our part in your production schedule contribute to a problem free event.

We make sure our event equipment (tents, tables, chairs, china, linens, etc.) is well-maintained and in ready to rent condition. Whether inside or outdoors, we can supply what you need to make your Cincinnati event a smashing success. Well know for our vast tent selection, we also inventory booths, tables, chairs, stages, and dance floors needed to make your event a smashing success. What we don’t have in stock we will secure from our rental industry partners. You have one stop shopping for all your rental needs.

Unexpected weather is always a concern when hosting community celebrations. Our number one priority is always setting our equipment in a safe and secure manner. We are experienced with the proper installation procedures for setting equipment. We also have 24 hour customer service and will be at the event site to address any issues that might arise with a moments notice. We have been known to show up without asking when weather conditions change unexpectedly.
