Community Events - Design Assistance

We will meet your team at the event site to gain an understanding of your specific needs and goals, and to measure the area making note of any challenges with the event site installation. Once we have this information we will put together drawings and proposals using our extensive rental inventory to build your site, accommodating the needs of all parties involved. We will work with the local municipalities to get the necessary building permits processed and approved, and then schedule our load in of equipment working with your other suppliers to make sure the whole process is seamless.
