How far in advance should I reserve my rental equipment?

We recommend reserving three to six months in advance of your delivery, but please call our event specialists if you have a more immediate need. For large fundraisers and weddings, The Alleen Company recommends reserving more than six months in advance to ensure we have everything you need.

What is required to confirm?

In order to confirm, we require a signed confirmation and a 50% deposit.

If my party is on Saturday, am I charged for more than one day?

In most cases, our rental rate is based on a reasonable event period, so Friday to Monday is a one-day rental. If your event is on a weekday, we typically deliver the day before and pick up the day after your event for a one-day charge. Call our office and one of our event specialists will be happy to talk through your specific needs.

How do I know what size tent I need?

Call today to speak with an event specialist and they can walk you through tent sizing. A crew member can also meet you on site to measure and evaluate your space.

What's included in my delivery & pickup?

Delivery fees are determined by zip code and delivery type. Our standard is a tailgate delivery. Your rental order is delivered to a point immediately accessible to the tailgate of the truck, usually a garage or driveway. A custom delivery involves our carry of your rental order to/from a point beyond the truck tailgate. Call our office and one our event specialists will be happy to talk through your details.

Does the delivery charge include set up and tear down?

The delivery charge does not include set up and tear down of tables and chairs, but we offer those services if you require them. The set up and tear down of tents is always included in the price.

When will my rentals be delivered?

In most cases, delivery is the day before your event and pick up is the day after. For Saturday and Sunday events, we typically deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday unless you require the rental inventory to be delivered and picked up at specific times.

Do you offer customer pick up?

Clients are welcome to pick up their rental inventory at our warehouse (4946 Rialto Road West Chester, OH 45069). The Alleen Company offers designated customer parking spots right next to the building. Come in to the showroom so our staff can assist you with your order.

Can I set up my own tent?

Our inventory offers do-it-yourself tents in 20’x20′ and 20’x30′ sizes. Keep in mind that these are pole tents so must be completely installed in grass with an approximate five foot radius for staking.

What if I require your staff outside of regular business hours?

While most of our deliveries and pickups occur within regular business hours, we are happy to help you outside of those times for an overtime charge.

How do I get in touch with you if I have an event-related emergency?

We hope you do not encounter any last-minute or emergency needs, but in the case that you need us outside of regular business hours (Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-5:30pm & Sat. 8:30am-12:00pm), call us at 513-769-0393 and listen to our voicemail greeting where you can find an after-hours number.
