Our Event Planning Process

Our event planning process is designed to be detailed and thorough so you can be sure you are receiving the best possible service. We start by taking site measurements which will allow us to determine the size of the tent or canopy we will need to comfortably accommodate all of your guests.

Once we have an idea of the site, what kind of tent or canopy we will need, and whether or not we will need to provide tables and chairs, one of our talented team members will produce a CAD drawing of the site. This CAD drawing allows us to visualize the event space before setup.

Once we have a good idea of how the tent will be arranged, one of our event planning specialists will be in touch with you about a start time.
